XPart Inc are warranted for ONE (1) YEAR. Warranty is for part replacement only. If there is a problem with the item please notify us prior to altering or installing the item. Altered, abused or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty . Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not cover labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees.
After the item is received by Xpart for processing,Xpart will send out a replacement unit.
If an immediate replacement is required before processing can occur, the customer can purchase a second unit from XPart to be shipped to the customer at once. This shipping charge will be shipped at XPart’s expense. After XPart receives the returned unit, XPart will issue a refund for the second purchase.
