Returns
We offer 30 days return policy on all parts purchased that are still in brand new condition.
Any returns which are received after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Poorly packaged or used items are not accepted and nonrefundable.
Return shipping cost is the liability of the customer unless the reason for exchange is the fault of XPart Global or its customer service representatives.

Expedited Method
If an immediate replacement is required, customers may request an item be sent immediately. Customers could purchase the correct unit then return the wrong / faulty unit. The amount you paid for wrong / faulty unit, will be refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal or E Transfer
Warranty Replacement
Every item at XPart Global comes with a free ONE (1) YEAR , ONE Time ,warranty. The warranty is for part replacement only. If there is a problem with the item, please notify us info@xpart.ca prior to altering or installing the item. Altered, abused or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty. The warranty is not transferable. The warranty does not cover labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or any other incidental fees.
Standard Method
Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
After the item is received by XPart for processing, XPart will send out a replacement unit.
