Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. (Mon-Fri) Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Order cut-off time: All orders are processed the same day if placed before 2:00 pm (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) . (Mon-Fri)
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days depending on your location (Mon-Fri). Please select a delivery date in checkout by keeping a minimum of 5 days without holiday for order processing and shipping time .
Same-Day Delivery (GTA): For customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we offer same-day delivery at no extra charge for qualifying products. (Mon-Fri)For this you need to select Payment Upon Delivery (GTA Only) on the checkout payment method.

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Change of delivery address & Order Cancellation:
We cannot change the delivery address when it is in transit. Please contact us to change the delivery address to your order within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
