Returns

• 30-day hassle-free return policy on all parts in brand new condition.
• Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• If you ordered the wrong item, return it to:

  (IMPORTANT: Print "XPART" and your full name on the return box.)
• Email the tracking number to: info@xpart.ca
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or E-Transfer).
• Used, damaged, or poorly packaged items are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was caused by XPart Inc.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Return the incorrect item to the address above, with “XPART” and your full name clearly printed on the box.
• Email the tracking number to: info@xpart.ca
• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to an XPart error.

Expedited Exchange

• Purchase the correct item immediately.
• Return the incorrect or faulty item.
• Once received, we will refund the returned item to your original payment method.

Warranty Replacement

All XPart Inc. products include a one (1) year, one-time warranty covering part replacement only.

Warranty Conditions

• Contact us at info@xpart.ca or call +1 844-44-XPART (97278) before altering or installing the product.
• Altered, abused, improperly installed, or poorly maintained items will void the warranty.
• The warranty is non-transferable.
• Warranty does not cover labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or incidental costs.

• Processing may take up to 5 business days from receiving the item.
• After inspection, a replacement unit will be shipped.
