At XPart Engine Electrical Products, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason and would like to return, exchange, or request a warranty claim, we are happy to assist. Please carefully read the policy below or contact our customer service team.

Returns

• 30-day hassle-free return policy on all parts that remain in brand new condition.
• Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• If you ordered the wrong item, return it to:

  (IMPORTANT: Print "XPART" and your full name on the return box.)
• Email tracking number to: info@xpart.ca
• Refunds issued to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or E-Transfer).
• Used, damaged, or poorly packaged items are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by XPart Inc.

Exchanges

• Exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Return wrong item to the same address listed above.
• Include full name and “XPART” clearly on the box.
• Email the tracking number to: info@xpart.ca
• Price difference between original and replacement unit will be charged or refunded.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to XPart error.

Expedited Method

• Need a replacement fast? Purchase the correct item.
• Return the incorrect or faulty item to the address listed above.
• Once received, a full refund will be issued for the returned item.

Warranty Replacement

All items from XPart Inc. include a one (1) year, one-time warranty covering part replacement only.

Important Warranty Conditions

• Contact us before altering or installing the product: info@xpart.ca or call +1 844 44 XPART (97278).
• Warranty is voided if the item is altered, abused, improperly installed, or poorly maintained.
• Warranty is non-transferable.
• Does NOT cover labor, towing, rentals, legal expenses, lost wages, or incidental costs.

• Return processing may take up to 5 business days from receipt.
• After inspection, a replacement unit will be shipped.
